Stand with your feet together or hip distance apart. Exhale and bend your knees, shifting your hips back as if you're sitting onto an imaginary chair. Make sure that your knees don't extend beyond your toes. Inhale and lift your arms forward and up, palms facing each other. Hold the pose for a few breaths. Exhale and release.
