Lunge - Anjaneyasana

Begin in downward facing dog. Step your right foot in between your hands. Lower your left knee to the floor. Inhale and lift your arms forward and up, palms facing each other. Bring them in line with your ears. Stay here in low lunge, or lift your back knee from the floor. Align your front knee over your ankle and straighten the back leg. Hold the pose for a few breaths. Exhale and release, stepping back to downward facing dog. Change sides.
